For Adopting Professors

Desk Copy Requests in the US and Canada

If you have already adopted one of our textbooks for a course you teach and you wish to request a complimentary desk copy, you are  on the right page.  If you wish to exam a book for possible adoption, please go to examination copies.

To request your complimentary desk copy,  we need the following information:

• Your name and academic shipping address, including street address for UPS or US MAIL delivery

• Your email address

• Name and Email of examining/adopting professor if you are requesting on his or her behalf

• Name of textbook adopted

• Name and number of course for which the book will be used

• Date the course is offered

• Anticipated number of students

• Name of the textbook used previously

• Please be sure to state in your request that the text has already been adopted

*Desk copies are shipped via US Postal Service Media Mail from our
warehouse in Dulles, VA.  Delivery is usually within 1 week but can
take up to 2 weeks from the time you order for Domestic USA. Shipments
to Canada take a bit longer.  Please contact us directly if you are in
a rush for your desk copy.
